WHO IS GANESH?
Ganesh is a Nepalese citizen serving a 17 year sentence in Taiwan for a non-violent cannabis offense. He used to produced the best organic medical cannabis that only made the lives of people better.

His health has seriously deteriorated in prison. There is documented evidence of a cervical injury and risk of blindness. After we formally requested that he be medically discharged from factory work, the authorities decided to punish instead and send him to a so-called “rehab” unit where he will once again be forced to sleep on the floor for months, completely ignoring the fact he needs physiotherapy and is constantly in severe pain. His repeated requests for adequate medical care remain properly unanswered.​
This persistent neglect and retaliatory treatment go beyond simple omission and amount to inhuman and degrading treatment.

I achieved a lot cuz know why? I was alone, scared inside, so I became bold, brave outside, my uncertainty in freedom, when can I fly in an airplane, go back home.

His knowledge is not a threat; it’s a public asset. Ganesh had the potential to contribute to patient safety, compliance education, sustainable organic cultivation, and be the bridge between unregulated and regulated practice.
