Medical Cannabis is advancing worldwide. When will it be Taiwan's time to join? We can't deny this medicine has the power to remove the suffering of so many people.

 

But not only that.

 

WE must take care of the cultivators who are sitting in prison with sentences so long they can barely see the end.

 

How is Ganesh supposed to survive without any of the medical treatment his condition demands — half of his sentence, 9 to 8 more years — only when parole becomes possible?

 

What he is enduring is very close to torture.

 

Working long hours in a factory, struggling to fulfill his tasks because he is in intense pain and neuropathy from a cervical injury. On top of that, going blind and deaf. Can't even sleep — waking up HOURLY from spasms and numbness in his limbs. His nerves are damaged and without treatment, it is getting worse and worse.

 

The pressure at his neck and head is so intense.

 

Imagine that this will be his life for so many years.

 

Everything is documented. He recently went to the hospital and received the confirmation that he won't get any of the treatments he needs — FOR A LONG TIME.

 

Prisons being terrible doesn't prevent crime. Punishing a person this hard only creates more negativity for society.

 

AND he is not a danger to Taiwan at ALL. 

 

I would even dare to say his knowledge could be an asset — he is one of the very best cannabis agriculturists in Asia. His expertise belongs in Taiwan's future medical cannabis industry, not buried inside a system that cannot even care for his health.

 

He will not be forgotten. 

 

The Almighty knows his righteousness.

 

Such a strong man. Provided for his entire family, never missed his bills, always doing charity, always generous, always caring for others.

 

Of course he made mistakes. He was trying to survive. I wanted him to follow a different path — one that would bring him closer to forgiveness. But like anyone, he was subjected to fall. And he has already paid for it 100 % with immense pain.

 

For this to continue the way it is — AND the fulfillment of the threat to send him somewhere else just to inflict more bodily harm — is VERY inhumane. AND It will not go unnoticed. Like the many people in even worse conditions that the prison system simply cannot care for.

Taiwan is a beacon of light in the world in many ways. You have everything it takes to find the best solutions. 

 

The New World demands that.

 

We are very close to the international standards that every nation will have to follow. Until that day fully arrives, the chaos will get more intense — because every single injustice will have to be addressed.

 

Look at what is happening in the Middle East.

 

No government or leader is above the laws of God.

 

Our delusions and our selfishness will eventually hit us hard in the face. We desperately need to inject more mercy into our reality and do repentance. This is true especially at the personal level. 

 

I have to do it in my own life too. Everyone does. In the micro and macro levels.

 

All the innocent people, children, and animals suffering around the world — it's because we haven't finished our corrections yet.

 

Someone recently told me: don't say this, don't say that — because they will make his life harder in prison.

 

I can't sit back and do nothing.

 

We are not afraid. 

 

Anyone with ill intent is the one who should fear, because Ganesh walks under the protection of the Creator.

 

Taiwan will get there. A safe and prosperous medical cannabis system is inevitable. It could happen fast. It could take years. But it will happen.

 

Unfortunately, Ganesh has no years to wait. 

 

His life is at imminent risk.

 

Taiwan, you have the capacity and the compassion.
